CTM and Baidam: Working Together to Bridge the Gap
CTM and Baidam formalise their partnership during National Reconciliation Week, reinforcing a shared commitment to supporting Indigenous communities and creating pathways in technology.

Around 50 people gathered at CTM's Brisbane office on Thursday, 28th May, for a traditional signing ceremony marking an important milestone in the company's reconciliation journey.
The event, held during National Reconciliation Week, celebrated the growing partnership between CTM and Baidam.
The ceremony opened with a moving Welcome to Country and didgeridoo performance by Aboriginal Cultural Immersions, setting a powerful and meaningful tone for the occasion. CTM ANZ CEO Jo Sully and Baidam co-founder and Board Chair Jack Reis then reflected on the significance of culture and connection, and on their shared commitment to facilitating change, before formalising the partnership with a symbolic red ochre thumbprint signing ceremony.
Jo spoke to the importance of the moment and what it represents for CTM's broader reconciliation commitments.

"Today's signing, during National Reconciliation Week, strongly reflects the spirit of CTM's Reconciliation Action Plan and our commitment to working alongside Indigenous businesses to build a stronger, more inclusive local economy for everyone. I am proud that we can play a role in supporting reconciliation, and we look forward to continuing to work together to deliver a positive impact in the future."
For Jack, partnerships like this are what make Baidam's mission possible.
"It's what we do differently with our profits that sets us apart from other businesses. Our goal is to create pathways to employment in the IT sector for Indigenous Peoples through opportunities such as lifetime scholarships to study STEM or technology. Baidam is built on the belief that every one of us can create meaningful change in the lifetime we're given."
